SpiritSync offers a suite of tools including, but not limited to, event management, financial tracking, social community engagement, an AI chatbot, daily Bible verses and motivational content, video streaming, and sermons.

• User Content: By submitting content (e.g., posts, videos), you retain ownership but grant SpiritSync a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purposes of operating and improving the Services.
• SpiritSync Content: All materials provided by SpiritSync, including text, images, and code, are proprietary and protected under intellectual property laws. You agree not to use or distribute SpiritSync's proprietary content without permission.

Our collection and use of personal data are outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using SpiritSync, you agree to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

7. Payment and Billing

Certain features of SpiritSync may be provided for a fee. You agree to pay all applicable charges and fees based on your selected plan. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

• SpiritSync Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SpiritSync at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws.

SpiritSync and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. The total liability for any claim related to your use of the Services is limited to the amount paid by you for accessing SpiritSync in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold SpiritSync harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
